From 17 to 21 October 2021, our working meeting took place within the framework of the ERASMUS+ project ECO-Us for the Future ECO EU. The venue of the meeting was Konya, Turkey.
During the meeting we explored ecology, recycling and environmental protection. Apart from that we got to know Turkey and our hospitable hosts. We visited Konya and Cappadocia and took part in workshops on pottery and nature conservation. All this while improving our English language skills, in which the partners from Poland, Portugal, Romania and Turkey communicated.It was a wonderful experience that will always remain in our hearts.
Now that we have all arrived home safely, we would like to express our gratitude to all the Turkish people who were so involved in organising our meeting in Konya. We appreciate everything you did to make us feel comfortable and get to know your beautiful country. Once again, many thanks to all the hosting families, all the teachers at the hosting school, and most of all to Mrs Filiz Ekenler, whose commitment and wonderful organization set the bar very high for other partners to follow.
